Which half, then which part
A dual fuel range is priced one side at a time. The burners on top run on gas and a spark, the oven below runs on its own 240-volt circuit, and a fault normally belongs to one of the two. So the visit first settles which side the figure is for, and then which part on that side. Four kinds of work on this range have the published bands in the table; two more are quoted once the part is measured.
The gas top
Two bands belong to the burners. The igniter band covers the spark electrodes and the modules that fire them: the parts behind a burner that clicks without lighting, or keeps sparking after it has caught. The valve and orifice band covers the parts that meter the gas, the valve behind each knob and the orifice it feeds, which decide whether a burner holds a steady low simmer. On the current ranges the flame moves to a second, smaller tier of the burner at the simmer settings, so both tiers are checked under that band.
The pipework and the shut-off valve behind the range are a gas fitter’s work, not a range repair, and we do not price them.
The oven below
The other two bands belong to the electric oven. The sensor band covers the temperature sensor and its calibration, for an oven that heats but misses its setting. The control band covers the oven’s electronic control and touch panel.
Elements are quoted after the diagnosis. A dual fuel oven carries several, bake, broil and convection, and which one fits depends on the model and serial, so the price is set from that part number. The oven’s over-temperature protection is quoted the same way. The 240-volt supply that feeds the range is house wiring; when the fault is there, the readings go to an electrician.
How the $89 comes off

One sealed burner burned yellow and left soot under every pan. He cleaned and reset the orifice, checked the others while he was in there, and the flame has been blue since.
